Hennie Venter is currently Operations Director of Formex Industries (Pty) Ltd. He was previously operations manager at Ford Motor Company and prior to that held various positions at Daimler Chrysler for a period of 7 years. His dealings at Daimler Chrysler included several overseas assignments in Europe.

Mihlali Sogoni – Commercial Executive

Mihlali Sogoni joined Formex in 2019 and was appointed to the board of directors in March 2023.
Mihlali has 24years experience in the Automotive industry, 20 of which he acquired at Mercedes-Benz both in South Africa and Germany. Having gained new skills in his latest role of Commercial Executive at Formex Industries, Mihlali can claim to have done everything that is required to learn in the Auto Industry. He has worked right through the automotive value chain from a Stampings plant, to running the most technologically advanced OEM Bodyshop, to Paint-shop maintenance, to Assembly shop facilities planning, to running product projects.

Stuart Queen – Director, Formex Industries (Pty) Ltd

Stuart Queen was appointed to the Deneb board on 21 June 2013. Prior to joining the Group he was chief executive officer of Seardel Investment Corporation Limited and held various directorships within both Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited and Seardel Investment Corporation. He is a member of the executive and risk committees.
