Hennie Venter is currently Operations Director of Formex Industries (Pty) Ltd. He was previously operations manager at Ford Motor Company and prior to that held various positions at Daimler Chrysler for a period of 7 years. His dealings at Daimler Chrysler included several overseas assignments in Europe.

Wayne Moss – COO, Formex Industries (Pty) Ltd

Wayne Moss has a career spanning over 26 years in the automotive industry of which 21 years is at Formex Industries.

He started his career in Toolroom in 2004 as Toolroom Co-Ordinator building new tooling and overseeing projects.

In 2008 he was given the opportunity to take over Projects and Maintenance.

In 2010 he was promoted to Operations Manager overseeing Production and Quality.

In 2015 he was promoted to Plant Manager which included Pressings and Tubing Plant.

He was then promoted in 2024 to Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Formex Industries Pressings and Tubing.

Stuart Queen – Director, Formex Industries (Pty) Ltd

Stuart Queen was appointed to the Deneb board on 21 June 2013. Prior to joining the Group he was chief executive officer of Seardel Investment Corporation Limited and held various directorships within both Hosken Consolidated Investments Limited and Seardel Investment Corporation. He is a member of the executive and risk committees.
